This is the facelifted Kia Cee'd, which was launched today at the Frankfurt motor show.
The facelift results in modest changes to the Kia Cee'd's styling. The front and rear headlights and bumper are a new shape, and the front grille has been revised, falling into line with the new Kia styling, first seen on the Kia Soul.

Inside, there's a new steering wheel and gearlever design, red backlighting for the instrumentation, and tweaks to the centre console and audio systems.
The Cee'd's suspension set-up has also been retuned, with UK-specific testing having been carried out to improve its ride and handling.
Kia is also using the arrival of the facelifted Cee'd to revise its engine line-up. The 2.0-litre diesel is being dropped, while other engines in the range will be revised to help cut emissions by around five per cent.
The 2.0-litre diesel is being replaced by 148bhp and 187bhp versions of the 1.6-litre diesel, both mated to a new six-speed manual gearbox.
There will also be a new 1.6 diesel-engined Eco-Dynamics model fitted with Kia's ISG start-stop technology. It will produce 110g/km of CO2.
The new Kia Cee'd goes on sale in the UK from 1 October, with pricing announced closer to the launch date.
