BMW will launch a new M model later this week - but is refusing to disclose its identity.
All that has been confirmed is that the model will be on sale in the US only, and that the car will be unveiled on Thursday.
The company has also released three close up pictures of the car, which appear to suggest it is a BMW M3 derivative.
Details given away by the pictures include the car's 19-inch alloys, taken from the new Competition Package, a two-tone black-and-red leather interior and a dual-clutch gearbox.
