Mazda has released new pictures of its limited edition MX-5, commemorating 20 years of the iconic sports car.
The Mazda MX-5 20th Anniversary Limited Edition will only be available in Europe and will reach UK showrooms on 1 March. Production will be limited to just 2000 units and each example will be individually numbered on the stainless steel scuff plate. Around 600 units have been allocated to the UK.

The model is based on the 1.8-litre SE MX-5 and is available in either True Red, Crystal White Pearl or Aurora Blue.
Features unique to the model include new 17-inch alloys and 20th Anniversary badging. Chrome has been used on the front grille, door handles and headlight surrounds. Changes under the skin include the addition of a front suspension bracing bar.
The 20th Anniversary Limited Edition will be priced from £16,850 and will be on display at next month’s Geneva motor show, where it will be unveiled alongside a new Mazda 5 and a Mazda 6 facelift.
